RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & PROCESS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! RAILS will gladly refund or exchange any full price, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, or faulty merchandise if returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

SALE items are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no exchanges.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY 

Purchases made from 11/01/2018 through 12/24/2018 on railsclothing.com may be returned for credit towards the original form of payment through 1/15/2019. ALL SALE items are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no exchanges.

 

NOTE: All items purchased with a 30% discount code are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and cannot be returned for a refund. Promotional codes cannot be combined, applied to previous purchases, or be redeemed for cash. Discount applies to select styles only.

 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged – no exceptions.

Returns or exchanges will not be processed without the return form fully completed and included with the return. You may use the original box to return your purchase.

 

CONTIGUOUS U.S. RETURNS (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

REFUNDS: All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to same method of payment used to make the purchase within 7-14 business days from the time your return has been received.

EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend contacting us by email at info@railsclothing.com to let us know what item you will be returning, as well as the item you would like to exchange for, so we can create an exchange order in order to hold the unit for you. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value to the original purchase. Rails will refund the credit card used to make the purchase should there be a price difference between the return and the exchange.

Once the return is received back to our warehouse, please allow 7-14 business days processing time for turnaround on the exchange. Exchanges will be held for up to 30 days. 

Prepaid return labels are only permitted once per order.

If using a return label not provided by Rails, please have your carrier's tracking information to ensure receipt of your return to our warehouse, otherwise, we are not liable for lost returns. Outside return postage will not be refunded.

 

INTERNATIONAL & NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. RETURNS (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

International customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please fill out completely the return form and send back the return using your preferred method of shipping.

When shipping your return, please have your carrier's tracking information to ensure receipt of your return to our warehouse otherwise we are not liable for lost returns. 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Fill out return form completely. Indicate whether you would like to return for a refund or exchange for a different item/size. 
  2. After filling out the return form please pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided below.
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to arrive to our warehouse, and an additional 7-14 business days for your return to be received and the refund/exchange processed. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
