SHIPPING METHODS

  • Free Standard shipping worldwide** on all orders via FedEx. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. 
  • FedEx 2 Day Air is available for domestic orders only, and will not ship until the following business day. 2 Day Air delivery does not include weekends or holidays.

 NOTE: FedEx will not ship to military bases or PO boxes.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Rails ships via FedEx to most countries outside of the United States. International shipping is free. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping. 

Duties: Please note, all international packages will be subject to customs and duties. Prices shown on the website do not include these fees. All duty fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

ORDER ARRIVAL
You will receive an email order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Orders will ship from the warehouse within 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second email with tracking information and estimated arrival date. All shipping methods include tracking. Please look for the tracking link in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Arrival time will be estimated within your tracking information and cannot be 100% guaranteed. Due to a possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.
