International Wholesale Customer Service Representative - London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer inquiries, from RAILS’ international independent retailers and key accounts
  • Contacting international customers for shipping approvals, order statuses, and adjustments
  • Tracking inventory for OTS orders, and allocating inventory to customers
  • Coordinating with warehouse for timely shipping of orders, tracking of packages in transit, and returns
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems and/or complaints in a timely manner
  • Reviewing return and exchange requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with RAILS’ wholesale customers and international sales agencies
  • Manage day to day outreach for N30 customers, and collect payment in a timely manner
  • Send weekly AR recaps and booked vs. shipped reports to sales agents and management
  • Consistently providing excellent customer service
  • Working cross functionally with other departments across the organization as needed to resolve client issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing wholesale customer service
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable
  • Apparel industry experience, ideally in the contemporary fashion space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to maintain consistent and organized communication with customers and sales staff
  • Strong computer skills – intermediate Microsoft Office and Google experience at minimum; must be able to work in an ERP system, and export/create/manipulate data in Excel formats
