Import Logistics Coordinator

RAILS, a leading contemporary apparel and lifestyle brand, is looking for an Import Logistics Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating and processing International transactions associated with the movement and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing international logistics and validating duty rates for all imported goods
• Coordinating and tracking shipments from multiple points of origin to final destinations
• Managing customs clearance process
• Adhering to procedures and productivity standards
• Building and maintaining rapport through constant correspondence with customers, vendors, carriers, and other relevant offices
• Receiving, updating, and internally communicating shipment information to appropriate teams
• Working closely with Production and Shipping Teams, and providing support to fellow associates, supervisors and department managers as necessary
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting problems and services issues
• Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience in Import Production and Logistics Coordination
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, especially pertaining to Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize a demanding workload
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a wider team
