RAILS is looking for a UK Junior Account Executive and Wholesale Assistant, based at the London head office. The role is an exciting opportunity to join the team, work across multiple territories and gain valuable experience across functions. The ideal candidate will have womenswear wholesale sales experience in the contemporary space. This role requires a dynamic and organized individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This candidate must be willing to travel and should possess a UK driving license.

The Role:

• Manage small territory of UK independent boutiques, alongside a Senior Account Executive; the Senior Account Executive manages remaining independent boutiques and key accounts
• Present four seasonal collections per year via showroom and digital appointments, road trips, email and phone outreach
• Plan road trips to visit existing and target retailers on a regular basis
• Analyze sales reports, with the goal of maximizing performance
• Prospect for new business and opportunities
• Support UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia territories across the sales process, including NuORDER order processing and maintenance, sales partner correspondence, sales admin tasks and daily showroom tasks
• Report to Managing Director

Skills & Experience:

• Targets oriented, highly motivated, organized and driven for success
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google platforms
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn and advance
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ability work both collaboratively within a wider team and autonomously, with a positive outlook
